I’ve been with Jane for 7 months and would 100% recommend her.
I’ve been having 1-1 PT sessions Since January and they have been incredible for me. I used to go to the gym and would only do cardio as I had no idea about how to use the weights and different pieces of gym equipment. I’ve learnt a huge amount from Jane and actually achieved the results I wanted, which I now know from my time with Jane that I would never have been able to achieve my body goals spending my life on a cross trainer.
Not only is Jane hugely knowledgable she’s also motivating and looking the way she does she’s definitely an inspiration too!
I’ve also been going to Janes boot camps for the past couple of months now too and I love them for an all over workout, I actually enjoy exercising finally!! xx

I had online sessions through lockdown. The sessions are always varied and Jane really listens to your opinion and incorporates my needs into the workouts. I would highly recommend Jane as a PT and look forward to improving my overall fitness with Jane's help.

I cannot recommend Jane enough.
Before my sessions with her I was in excruciating pain and
my confidence was rock bottom. However after 2 months of sessions my pain has significantly diminished and I am considerably much more comfortable in my own skin.
Jane is so patient and kind, and motivating I'm looking forward to now changing my body with her as my wedding date has now been set.
I can't thank her enough for giving me my life back!!!

Jane has been my trainer for 3 months now and I honestly can say that I wouldn’t achieve what I have done in those 3 months without Jane.
She has not only improved my physical health but also my mental health. When I first started I hated my body and the way I looked so I'm training for my wedding next year. Jane has given me so much confidence that I’m now a lot happier than before. Also, if I’m having a bad day - Jane is always there to help me feel 100% again.

Jane I cannot thank you enough with your guidance over the last few months. I was sceptical this online PTing would work for me but clearly I was wrong. I'm over the moon with my progress. Jane has been my PT for almost 7 months now, and so far, I have lost almost 2st (starting from 12st 9lbs) and feel much fitter and stronger than ever before! She has also helped me lose weight for my wedding at the start of the year, and boosted my self-confidence in my wedding dress. Her workouts are fun to do and there's always something new to try out in every workout. Every workout session is different than the one before which I enjoy. Not only she has helped me lose weight, but also has helped me strenghten my body and fitness gradually, along with my self-confidence and the way I feel about myself on the long-term. She also gives great tips on how to eat clean and encourages you work harder.
