Refunds & Cancellations Policy

We want you to feel confident investing in your health and fitness.
If something doesn’t feel right, we encourage open communication — we’re human, and we aim to be fair.

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work across our services, in line with UK consumer law.

 

Digital Content (Courses, Programmes, Online Training)

This applies to self-led courses, education programmes, and downloadable or online digital content.

Under UK consumer law, digital content supplied immediately may lose the 14-day cooling-off right once access begins, if you consent to immediate delivery.

By purchasing digital content from us, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • access or delivery may begin immediately, and

  • once access or download has started, you may lose your right to cancel for a refund

If you do not want immediate access, please do not complete your purchase until you are ready.

Our practical approach

Despite the above, we aim to be reasonable.

  • If you purchase a digital course or programme and decide it’s not right for you, you may request a full refund.

  • Refund requests must be made by emailing janecoxfitness@gmail.com.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

We trust our content and prioritise long-term relationships over forcing a product that doesn’t fit.

 

Coaching Services & Accountability Coaching

This includes:

  • accountability coaching

  • personalised programme design

  • individual planning

  • ongoing feedback, check-ins, and support

  • time spent reviewing data, progress, and communication

If coaching services are purchased online, you may have a 14-day cooling-off period, unless the service has already started.

Once coaching has started, work begins immediately. This includes reviewing intake forms, programming, planning, and support.

For this reason:

  • Accountability coaching fees are non-refundable once coaching has started

  • If you cancel before coaching begins, any refund will be assessed on a case-by-case basis

  • Where required by law, we may deduct a reasonable amount for work already delivered

If something doesn’t feel right during coaching, we encourage open communication. In many cases, adjustments or pauses can be agreed without needing to cancel outright.

 

Subscriptions

For subscriptions:

  • You may cancel at any time via your account or the platform used to purchase

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period unless required by law

 

Personal Training Packages

Personal training packages are time-based services.

The following terms apply:

  • 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session

  • Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be void

  • Sessions operate on a 4-week rolling reschedule basis, unless otherwise agreed

  • Packages expire with 4 weeks’ notice of expiry

No refunds are offered on personal training packages once purchased.

Where applicable:

  • Credit may be applied instead of a refund

  • Any credit issued will have a 6-month expiry from the date of the last booked session

Include:

  • your full name

  • the product or service purchased

  • the email address used at checkout

We aim to respond promptly and handle all requests fairly and consistently.
