What is Jane Cox's 6-Week Fitness Challenge?

Jane Cox's 6-Week Fitness Challenge is a comprehensive fitness program designed to help participants achieve their health and fitness goals over a 6-week period. It includes tailored workouts, nutritional guidance, and support from a seasoned personal trainer.

How much does the fitness challenge cost?

The cost of the challenge is £195, with a 25% discount from the regular price of £245. If you sign up within November, you can also enjoy additional bonuses worth £99.

Is this fitness challenge suitable for beginners?

Absolutely! This challenge is designed to be beginner-friendly, with workouts that include easy-to-follow HIIT and circuit training sessions. Jane Cox and her team are here to support participants of all fitness levels

When does the fitness challenge start and end?

The challenge starts in January 2024 and lasts for 6 weeks. Specific days and times for training sessions will be confirmed on January 1st, 2024

Can I continue my training beyond the 6 weeks challenge?

Yes if you can absolutely. Why not subscribe to a monthly plan.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

Yes, you can receive a full refund if you request it BEFORE the start date of the fitness challenge. However, once the challenge has begun, no refunds will be granted for any reason.

What would a typical training session look like?

Usual sessions are held in my private gym in Charminster using TRX body weight suspension trainer, kettlebells and other equipment. Your independent program (if applicable) will be found via my APP. You can do your fitness programs either at a gym or home setting. The at home advantage means no weights or equipment required .
These Independent workout programs designed for you will be stored via my APP with notifications sent and prompted around your life so there’s no excuses.

I have a medical condition and an old injury can you help?

It is strongly recommended that participants with any medical or health conditions consult with their doctor before starting the fitness program. Your health and safety are of paramount importance.

I would advise that you visit your GP for advise on any injuries before starting your training program. To be clear, although my training programs work toward optimal health they are not intended as a replacement for personalised medical advice. However if you have the green light for exercise from your medical professionals, you are in the right place.

What if I can't attend a scheduled training session?

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you may have the opportunity to attend another session within the same week, provided that you give at least 24 hours' notice.

How do we set goals and targets?

During our initial consultations we can discuss and decide your progress options.

How many clients do you train at once?

There will be a maximum of 3 in your sessions.

How often will my progress be recorded?

Before your first session and in your last. Photos will be taken with measurements as well as fat, BMI and muscle % plus checks of personal statistics are discretely stored on my private APP.

Have you always been a personal trainer?

No before my children were born I was a creative designer and illustrator. These were mainly desk jobs so my back and posture suffered so now I prefer personal training as it keeps me in shape while staying out of a chair. 

I have been a qualified personal trainer for 5 years with hundreds of happy clients.

I don't have much time to spend?

Sessions are only 45 mins. Please be on time.
Food prep: If time is scarce and you would like an easy to prepare meal plan, just select a simple meal planner option (if applicable) when you receive your meal plans via the APP they will only include meals and recipes that are simple to follow and can be created quickly and with little preparation time, perfect for anyone short on time.

Do I need gym access to do my independent workouts?

No, because each program is written on a bespoke basis I will work with whatever fitness equipment you have available to you. Where you do not have gym access and are in need of some pieces of equipment to achieve your goal, I will make those recommendations.

What is the PAR-Q health declaration form, and why do I need to fill it out?

The PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) health declaration form helps ensure that you are physically capable of participating in the fitness challenge safely. It's a standard procedure for fitness programs.
